American chords in lily 1.3.143

Well, they're broken again. Using the latest "american-chords.ly" from the
distro, they come out as strictly Banter style chords. I'd fix it myself if
I had the time... *Sigh*

I'm sure they've been broken for a while, but I haven't had the time to keep
up with the changes--things have been too busy as of late!
