http download

[John J. Niekrasz]

The link on the web site points to a Canadian mirror for http download
of lilypond, but it seems only to be a mirror of the web site. I
currently have no ftp because of a security crackdown. Can anyone
point me to an existing site where I can get lilypond by http?
