There is such a list; you are posting on it.

But, yeah, as far as I know no one is working towards an official release of
the GNU OS. Closest thing is some snapshots/images people occasionally put
together. I somehow missed your earlier e-mail; I'm going to read it and
reply in a bit.

By the way: Why do people so often insist on responding off-list? Silly.
