I would like to suggest the name “GNU Software Distribution”, as I believe it has none of the problems the other suggestions have.
The distribution of software created by the Guix project is a collection of software to be used with the Guix package manager. Anyone can create a software distribution for the Guix package manager, but this particular one is the software distribution created, maintained, sponsored, etc. by GNU project, hence the name “GNU Software Distribution”. This software distribution contains many GNU packages, and also non-GNU packages. All the packages that are part of this software distribution, put together, constitute a complete system, made out of free software, that one can execute on a computer and that uses the Guix package manager for package management. The name fits perfectly what we wish to describe, is concise (unlike many of the other suggestions), is clear, nice, elegant and can be made into an acronym if desired. It does not downplay other GNU/Linux distributions and does not claim to be the only GNU system. It also cannot cause any confusion. Thoughts?
