By the same logic, I am being refused by the GNU project and the FSF to install free software on a PDP-10 since they are not providing me with MLDEV access, or DECtapes. If you think that Tor users would be better of having a special mirror of GNU software, then how about setting up such a site? Your complaints would also be better directed to CloudFare, SourceForge, or Github. Just like if I think that PDP-10 users would benefit from having GNU Emacs distributed on DECtapes I'd do that, or MLDEV, or whatever.
