I just wanted to report that I found a way to get off of Ruben Safir's 
spam list which he signed us all up to:
Simply cite Devarim chapter 22, verse 28, and note that it allows men to 
marry young girls.

Then he'll moderate you and his spam will be out of your hair.
Just wanted to share this tip. It worked for me!
