In the current CVS tree, the XmHTML version that's in the gnucash lib
directory isn't compatible with Linas' recent changes. You need to go
get 1.1.5 from the XmHTML web page (which I don't have a pointer to
ATM), build it, and use the configure --with-xmhtml-includes and
--with-xmhtml-libraries options to tell gnucash where it is.
(Actually the includes option won't work until Linas incorporates my
latest patch).
Anyway, I was able to build the new XmHTML version by just untarring
the source, editing the XmHTML.cf file a little, and running
xmkmf -a
make lib
then you use configure:
configure --with-motif=/usr/local/opt/mootif \
--prefix=/usr/local/opt/gnucash \
--with-xmhtml-includes=/home/rlb/XmHTML-1.1.5/include\
--with-xmhtml-libraries=/home/rlb/XmHTML-1.1.5/src
