Agreed, the right thing to do is to keep the Motif code there, but
"phase it out" in favor of the Gnome-based user-interface.  Actually,
I'm not even convinced that it's a good idea to ever fully delete it, as
we probably shouldn't stop someone from working on it if they REALLY
want to.  :)  I just don't see any reason why it should be a priority in
"The Long Run" (TM).
