My | cursor starts blinking quickly both in xacc 1.0.18 and in gnucash,
however my cpu does not get used up 100% (i have an K5-100 so fast CPU is
not an issue :). Of course a fast blinking cursor is annoying but it's
harmless on my system. Maybe the two problems are unrelated?
