Kent, I am not sure where you can find those files. Does OpenLinux
provide a repository of RPMs that you can download?

Perhaps it will help to describe what each of them do:

libtermcap -- a library for terminal emulation. I'm not sure why
              GnuCash needs this.

libguile -- this is the Guile extension language. If you can not find
an RPM for it, you can compile it from source code.
            The URL is http://www.gnu.org/software/guile/guile.html

libXmHTML -- This is allows GnuCash to display HTML. The main
             web site is http://www.xs4all.nl/~ripley/XmHTML/

lib.Sm.so.1 -- I'm not sure what this is, but I suspect it is
a typo and you really need libXm.so.1 -- this is
Motif. If you do not have a commercial version
of Motif installed on your machine, then you might
               have success with lesstif. http://www.lesstif.org/

I'm sorry I can't help out more. I am spoiled by my Linux
distribution. Debian has all of these pre-compiled and ready for
installation.
