I have put together gnucash-1.2pre0.tar.gz

Goals:
The 1.2 branch will represent stable, usable versions, allowing
developers to get more risque in the main branch. I have not put together
an unstable-1.3 tar file, is there any need for one at this time?
(as usual, the latest is in cvs).

The 1.2 release *removes* experimental/unfinished/incomplete code,
in particular the gtk/gnome code, as well as the qt and ofx code.
I know this is politically incorrect, but the hope is not to confuse
anyone who tries to compile 1.2.

The 1.2pre0 does have a a few known bugs, in particular, 'make install'
does not result in a usable system. Also, some menus are ratty.
Hope to fix this before too long.

I encourage testing, bug reports, better yet, patches. I'll accept
patches to this branch, but want to avoid any sort of major functional
redesign; that's what the main branch is for.
