ofx appears to have gone away.
I deleted it -
% rm -rf src/ofx
It also proves necessary to take out a line in src/CVS/Entries
% vi src/CVS/Entries
/ofx find line with ofx in it
dd delete it
:wq close file and quit
I'm not sure why CVS has a problem with this; those that grok it
better than I may have better solutions...
