By who and what is the eta?  

Except for the duplicate-transaction business which may need fixing.
I suspect most of the problems are related to the qif file format,
and not the import code.  Since the current code was fixed to work with
msmoney and different quicken versions, i'm somewhat nervous about a wholesale
replacement, rather than just fixing the duplicate-trans bug.
