A bug and a possible bug

The first bug is that there don't seem to be any mailing
list archives so I have no idea whether my second bug is
actually a bug.

The second possible bug is as follows:

I built a small heirarchy of accounts but when I select
the Transfer command from the menu, I can only transfer
to/from accounts that are at the top level.

Surely this is wrong?
