question about PR#26

Jeremy,

I am confused by your problem description.  I just added some
xactions, in a single line bank account, with the date on the xaction
set to 11/26/1999.  The "end date" at the bottom of my register was
set to 11/26/1999, and the new xactions appeared just fine. 

Does this describe what your bug was about?
