I just applied dave's latest to my pristine copy of cvs.
I click on my checking register, it opens up in single line mode. I
click on "register", "style", "auto double".
The header changes to be doubled up, showing headers for each line of
the transaction, like it should.
I click on the description of one of my transactions, and the headers
change to be single line again.
Also, why is the "transfer from" field moved to the second line? Oh,
because we need different "transfer from"s for each line of a
multi-line. ok.
