It just occurred to me that maybe you have 1.3-7, not 1.3.7 (I'm not
sure there is even a 1.3.7 version out yet).
The -7 is an rpm release number, meaning it's the seventh
version of the rpm package based on guile 1.3
You need rpm guile-1.3.4-2, which is now available from
the gnucash website (thanks Jeremy) at:
http://www.gnucash.org/pub/gnucash/redhat-6.x/upgrade/guile-1.3.4-2.i386.rpm
