I think I have it fixed, except for the average plot.
The fixes will be in CVS tonight.

I think I have made things a little easier -- when a report
error is caught, you get a stack backtrace in addition to
the error message. This makes it much easier to isolate
the problem.

There were several litle problems, basically syntactic in nature.
