I'll do my best to have something working on the secondary info front
by Monday, but I can't promise it'll be done by then.
For now, just as a temporary development hack, could you just store
the data in files named foo.budget for a file named foo.xac using
stupid fopen/fread/fwrite/fclose calls (or with-open-file at the
scheme level)? If you do this, please don't make it so that normal
people can checkout CVS and use thos method, or if you do, put a big
warning dialog in. I don't want to have to accomodate migrating these
files in a week when I get finished with the new storage method.
