CVS has been updated.

New Stuff:

 + Herbert Thoma's EURO docs.

 + Added a 'sort by entry date' option in the register.

 + Removed 'open file' item from the main window toolbar.
   This clashed with the 'open account' item and seems like
   it would be rarely used.
