CVS has been updated.

New Stuff:

 + locale.h is just included directly. This should fix a few problems
   that people were seeing with having to add it in themselves.

   NOTE: src/messages_i18n.h is now being source-controlled, so you
         will need to delete the existing, configure-created one
         before you update from CVS.
