You appear to have downloaded a _rather_ old version of GnuCash; that
library is, indicated by the prominent "m" in the middle :-), the base
library for the Motif GUI toolkit.

The more recent releases that are rather more featureful and that
may be located at <http://www.gnucash.org/> use the GNOME toolkits,
and have no dependency on libXm.so.1.

Incidentally, "real" Motif is now available somewhat freely for Linux and
other free OSes.  (It's not DFSG-free, thus satisfying the Open Source
(tm) guidelines, but is free enough for people to be able to download
and install it...)

But you really want to look for a more recent version of GnuCash.
Check the web site for RPMs.
