Date Ranges in Find

[W.S. Wilburn]

        When I select a range of dates in 'Find' I don't always get the
expected result. For example:

1/1/1997
1/1/2100

seems OK, but

1/1/1900
12/31/1995

returns transactions in 1996.

I am using 1.3.99 on RH6.2
