Account Popup bug

The account popup menu sometimes comes up without anything in it, and
has no width... To reproduce:

gnucash version: 1.3.99
(I'm using auto-single)

Enter a transaction which happens to be memoized
Use the category popup button to change the category
    -> No categories are presented

At this point, you may select the category and type over it, and the
popup menu is subsequently OK.
