hmm, I think we hve a dependency problem here.. this rpm gives an
error if you try to install without --nodeps:
[root@aulait]# rpm -Uvh ~ep/g-wrap-0.9.1-1.i386.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
libguile.so.4 is needed by g-wrap-0.9.1-1
libguile.so.4 is provided by guile-1.3-10 (included in RH6.2)..
however, I think Dave asked to upgrade to guile-1.3.4 at one point..
am I mistaken here?
so, assuming this file works anyways:
[root@aulait]# rpm -Uvh --nodeps ~ep/g-wrap-0.9.1-1.i386.rpm
g-wrap ###################################
when running ./configure in the gnucash directory it fails with:
checking for g-wrap-config... (cached) /usr/local/bin/g-wrap-config
checking for g-wrap... (cached) /usr/local/bin/g-wrap
configure: error:
g-wrap does not appear to be installed. It must be installed and
its binary directory must be in your PATH.
