There are, or at least there used to be, but if dinstall is running
nightly, then it's debatable whether or not they're that useful most
of the time since they'll probably only get updated once per day
themselves...
The one I used to mirror was
host: llug.sep.bnl.gov
remotedir: /pub/debian/Incoming
localdir: /home/debian/mirror/incoming
