There's a sizable web site on OFX; see <http://www.ofx.net/>
OFX is a "standard" defined by a consortium of US companies notably
including Intuit and Microsoft. I'm sure they'd be happy to see
adopters in other countries, but it is not evident that this is in
fact the case.

Could one of the French users comment on this? I suspect the answer
is "no," but stand to be corrected.
