New Stuff (Both branches):
+ Robert Graham Merkel's patch to the date utilities and their
use in the transaction report.
(Development branch):
+ Fix to the way options are written. This bug prevented the
tip-of-the-day from being turned off.
+ i18n'd the 'R' reconciled column header and the reconciled
flag values per Dennis Bjorklund's suggestion. Translators,
when you see a string like "reconciled:y", you should
translate it to "reconciled:X" where X is the appropriate
string for the locale.
+ Put in some real tips-of-the-day.
+ Updated po files.
