Us OFs recall that Unix (Linux) system time is kept in the number of
seconds since 00:00:00 1-Jan-1970. So big surprise that there are problems
with dealing with accounts dated 12/31/1969. NOT! (Try, for example,
"man ctime" and read the first paragraph of text...)
