It's my opinion that the 1.5 series should be available as CVS only,
with strong discouragement from the list against making any RPM or
binary release of it. We haven't made many changes yet, but there
will be some in the not-too-distant future that may completely break
things, and people need to know that when we say DEVELOPMENT, we mean
DEVELOPMENT.
