The SQL backend also is not feature complete, so I don't consider it
"operational" in 1.8. In particular, Scheduled Transactions and
Business objects will crash it.

The backend rollback operation currently does nothing anyways.. The
rollback is only used inside the engine. Personally I think this is
probably a GOOD thing, otherwise it may be possible for a user to lock
a databack row/table for an extended period of time.
