Does this mean that bugs in it are getting low priority? For example, some things are surely irrelevant to gnome2 transition (like http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150524 and http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150514 which I just created).
