None of the current devs are interested in doing a windows port.
It's not that we're against it, we're just not interested in doing
it ourselves.  If there were some developer interested in the port
the rest of us would certainly encourage it, just not do it ourselves.

Are you willing to be the windows maintainer?  If so, feel
free to port gnucash and send in the (portable) patches.
