If it's any help, those lines (but not the rest) are equivalent to the ones I
see when I run gnucash. G2 does crash on me sometimes but I do get the crash
handler dialog rather than it just closing.
I get the crash handler with the File-open-open crash (which I am not
able to reproduce reliably, ugh). This crash you are responding to is
totally reproducible and if anyone wants the file for debug purposes, I
will send it to them privately.
