I've reverted the deletions of the acctchrt_full.gnucash-xea files and
re-added the EXTRA_DIST Makefile.am rules relating to these files in
r12269.  I removed de_DE/acctchrt_full.gnucash-xea because I thought I
removed the C/acctchrt_full.gnucash-xea as well ... but looking over
r12263 now I don't see that as having happened. :/  In any case, they're
now back and referenced.

As well, I've applied the relevant sub-patch of 321405 as r12270.
