Yep. Every time I build from an empty lndir tree I see this.
I'm at:
$ glib-gettextize --version
/usr/bin/glib-gettextize (GNU glib) 2.4.8
$ automake --version
automake (GNU automake) 1.9.2
$ autoconf --version
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.59
$ make --version
GNU Make 3.80
I've got exactly these same versions.
