I don't want to hide the accounts.. I want to hide the account-type
from the list.. And yes, it should be hidden anytime the user
gets a chance to choose an account type. The only exception to this
is if the current account is ALREADY of type Currency then the user
should be allowed to keep it as a type currency.
The idea is that I want to prevent the user from creating new Currency
accounts without making them change existing currency-type accounts.
IMHO this should be a second patch, not combined with this one.
