Decided it was time to commit the structure now and work on the finer points 
later.

The demo site has been updated:

but the en_GB translation is yet to be updated and lots of files remain that 
are now unused.

For now, I've kept the donations page - personally I like the idea of being 
open about just how much we have in the kitty - but the rest is my attempt to 
aggregate the discussions about simplifying the site.

I KNOW some pages are no longer HTML valid - I will fix each of those.

But, as of now, what is the feeling on the simplified site?

(I'm also going to create some scripts to automate various stages of the 
translation handling, improve the README and other bits.)
