Already fixed in r13420, purely because I was testing KBabel. None of the 
translations are in step with 1.9.x

NOTE: this is going to keep on happening because, as the announcements and the 
draft release schedule clearly indicate, the 1.9.x series is a development 
test bed and there are NO string freezes prior to release. The string freeze 
for gnucash 2.0.0 is not due for a few weeks.

No, not until 2.0.0. 

1.9.2, 1.9.3 and any other 1.9.x releases will NOT have translations fixed 
prior to release. The strings are just changing too frequently.
