Further to this, I used xmlto to convert the guide to html and the links
work exactly the same as in yelp. So this will also work when we need to
convert the docs to html for the website.

The first link <xref> will automatically fill in chapter number and
heading, this would directly remove about 2-3 bugs in bugzilla where we
are refering to wrong chapters.
