Just so you all know, I may be unavailable to do a release on the
28th. Its not confirmed yet but I may be on an overseas trip.
I'd like to get a release out today if possible, I'm also working on
fixing up the -docs packaging to hopefully do a release of it today
too.
I'd prefer the rc tarballs to continue to be 1.9.x, if you don't mind.
