Hi, Why all the extra newlines? ;)
The answer to the question you're asking is "Tools -> General Ledger". But you don't want to do that. What you really want to do us open up your Cash register and enter your transaction from there. The GL isn't in the toolbar because it's NOT a widely used function. We recommend you enter transactions through the Account Registers, which you can open by double-clicking on an account in the Chart of Accounts. -derek Quoting AnAs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > Hello, > > > > We have a Gnucash (version 2) .. > > > > If I want to enter a journal entry, for example: > > > > -Rent (Debit) 10,000 > > - Cash (Credit) 10,000 > > > > > > How can I open the general journal? > > > > I didn't find it in the toolbar..! > > > > Please help me. > > > > AnAs > > > > > > > > > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > gnucash-devel mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-devel > -- Derek Atkins, SB '93 MIT EE, SM '95 MIT Media Laboratory Member, MIT Student Information Processing Board (SIPB) URL: http://web.mit.edu/warlord/ PP-ASEL-IA N1NWH [EMAIL PROTECTED] PGP key available _______________________________________________ gnucash-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-devel
