Sir: How do I find a place to get support as an end user of GnuCash? I have tried the web site but have not had any luck getting into the IRC chat or FAQ, etc. I have been using release 2.2.5 after more than 7 years using MS Money. I have had some problems and questions with the program - 1. Changes made when I "Reconcile"d were not stable and were lost. 2. When I used MS Money, there was a way to backup the file. Can this be done with GnuCash? If so How? 3. Also as a user of 2.2.5, how do I update to the latest version? Do I just download the latest version?
