Can we also consider that the first revision under a string freeze? Does anyone have any upcoming string changes?
I don't have string changes right now, but I expect some string changes to still occur as we're progressing to translate all the new strings. Hence, I propose a 2.3.10 version with string freeze, but not yet in 2.3.9.
