The "business-reports/invoice.scm" report contains quite a number of
those ambiguous strings which should be cleanup up, but currently we
have to live with them. In this case I think it's the column heading
for "Tax rate of this invoice line" and because it's a column heading
the responsible author thought "T" would be helpful as an

Yes, a typo. Yes, it means "conditions" - the plural; the singular

Actually, both: The user-visible effect is to move the transaction up

The string was introduced only a few days ago. It should be changed
because no user will understand the meaning of "references" or
"obejects" here. The string should be changed into something like

that should currently be deleted... err, unfortunately I also don't
have a good idea for a better wording here.
