I've just commited the po file to trunk to rev.19166
I've not write permission to commit the accounts so someone will step in
to add them to trunk.

for Latvian.
As account files are new, remember to add lv_LV entry
for ../accounts/Makefile.
Please check if account files conform to format/standard etc. and let me
