The hello-world report is a sample of each type of option, which is why
it looks like a superset of possibilities. But if you cut out most of
those option examples it's pretty much the simplest report you can
write. Honestly, if you consider it too complicated then you're
probably not ready to write your own report. It's only 400 lines, and
MOST of those lines are comments explaining everything.
