Dear Yawar, we can readily apply your patch, thanks. However, I very much doubt that the wording in the HACKING file has much effect on how actual developers will actually deal with their source code and/or documentation files. In German I would add the saying, "you can suggest a lot of things if the day is long," i.e. I don't think you can expect much outcome from those suggestions somewhere in the HACKING file.
