To maybe enhace the interest to my suggestion a bit - it's quite
a bad time during the release of 2.4.0 to propose such a a thing
I guess - I have put the doxygen including my changes online on a

Main changes :
* adding inclusion of .i and .py-files
* Adding page python-bindings [2]
