Bugzilla allows to submit votes for bugs if the product has been set up
to allow voting.  I've seen this issue that mentions the ability to vote
in the Gnome Bugzilla:
   https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136885

I would think that it's simpler to keep the votes and comments with the
Bugzilla issue?
